Refund Policy - the basics
Monthly Parking & Storage Contracts

No Refunds for Early Termination: If you cancel your monthly parking or storage contract before the end of the term, you will not receive a partial refund for unused time.

Non-Transferable: Payments are non-transferable between accounts or to other parking/storage locations.
Reservation Cancellations (Daily/Weekly)

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation start date may be eligible for a full refund.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations: No refund will be issued for missed or late cancellations without 24-hour notice.
Service Disruptions or Closures

If KTJ Parking Solutions cancels or restricts access to a reserved space due to maintenance or emergency, a pro-rated refund or service credit will be issued at our discretion.

Monthly contracts are non-refundable once the term has begun.
